I really had a lot of fun on this one; QA and testing is in my blood, I think.

Testers get a raw deal.
Devs dislike them because they point out problems in their code.
Functional consultants detest them because they identify design gaps.

But don’t forget – they are there to ensure quality.

What’s quality?
It is not perfection. 
It’s delivering a solution to SPEC.

A really good QA will know the difference, and will ensure that the delivery of product is of a high standard.

Regardless of whether testing is manual or automated, QA is critical in the success of a project or product. Underestimating its importance will spell your doom… oom… oom… <echo accompanied with a dramatic flourish of the arm> 

So don’t!

We talk about so many things in the #Salesforce, but obviously focused on testing, projects and implementation.
