Launching the pilot 1-year Salesforce Consulting Leadership Programme (starting Jan 2024) with 2 spots up for grabs!
What is the Salesforce Consultant Leadership Programme (SCLP)?
It's a 1-year programme that will run mostly on Fridays for 43 sessions diving deep into the psychology of what makes an outstanding consultant. I had the privilege of running this for a group of graduates in the Philippines and military spouses in US early this year, and I'm now going to launch the pilot and open it to the public.

In this is intensive MBA programme, you will not only spend time diving into the human skills of being an outstanding leader in the consulting world, but you will learn from your cohort as well - who will hail from some of the Big 4s, smaller outfits, independent consultants and founders of salesforce partners from around the world.
When and how does the SCLP run?
Almost every Friday - except for when I am at a conference or away with the family. This will run for 43 weeks in 2024, from 2-3.30pm UK time. Training dates will be confirmed and published soon. Sessions will be a mix of workshops to dive into specific topics or skills practice role-play on various scenarios as well as videos in between sessions.
How much is this programme worth?
If you haven't got the time to do the competition but you aspire to be an outstanding consultant, your investment in yourself for this 1-year programme is £2999 - but you will get far more out of it than you've paid.
Competition Rules
Those who have competed before will know the drill, though it's a bit different this time.
To get an opportunity to win one of the two spots for this programme, all you need to do for the next 30 days (from 1 Dec 2023 - 31 Dec 2023 UK Time) is to
(1) blitz Trailhead and get as many points as possible.
(2) do as many Random (or Pre-medidated) Acts Of Kindness as possible. (You MUST publish what you've done on LinkedIn and use the hashtag #PeiItForwardChallenge).
In this competition, (2) will get a much heavier weighting, and you can choose what you want to do. Examples from past competitors include: food drive, free mentoring and coaching for newbies, raising money from a race, spending time at a nursing home, helping a neighbour with their garden. We'd like to make a deep social impact this December.
I will be nominating 4 outstanding scorers from (1) and with their impressive feats of (2) to proceed onto the next round, where the two winners will be decided by a 7-day LinkedIn poll.
Let me explain.
Within the next 30 days, while you are hitting the Trailhead and learning as much as you can about Salesforce, I hope that you will also contribute to the ecosystem and the wider society by performing random acts of kindness. Here’s how this will work.
- At 00:01 on 1 December 2023 GMT, fill in this registration form to submit your entry forms. You will have to input your Trailhead profile URL (with accompanying screenshot), and your current points.
- Crack on in Trailhead and blaze some trails
- Help the Salesforce community or the wider society. Do a something kind and good and make sure to share that on LinkedIn with the hashtag #PeiItForwardChallenge (<-- don't forget this tag) so that I can track them down
- After 30 days at 2359 31 Dec 2023 GMT - I will send out an email to all competition registrants to submit the final tally of Trailhead points accrued.
- On Thursday 4 Jan 2024, I’ll list the 4 entries that display the best SaConJa* spirit based on Trailhead points accrued and will open it to the LinkedIn community to vote.
- Top 2 entries with the most votes will win spaces on the Salesforce Consultant Leadership Programme that will start on Friday 12 Jan 2024
