Free 4-day Salesforce Professional Bootcamp 

I am running a FREE 4-day course "Salesforce Professional Bootcamp" course on Tuesday 25 July 2023.

These are LIVE sessions.

I initially only planned to run this for our friends at the Blue Road Academy because they've had such a hard time since relocating from their country, and trying to build a new life in a strange and alien world that is the UK (I mean - HP sauce and beans on toast??)

But I thought what the heck, there are so many other people who would find this valuable, so it's open to ANYONE wanting to learn.

What is it?
This is an INTENSIVE 4-day, aimed to provide a basic foundation and an understanding of expectations for delivering Salesforce projects in the ecosystem.

Who is it for?
This is for you if you're a graduate, a military vet or spouse, a refugee or asylum seeker, a parent returning to work, basically anyone starting out in the #Salesforce ecosystem.

When is it?
It will run for 4 days from 25 - 28 July, from 0930-1600 BST (UK Time)

Will it be recorded and available?
I will make it available for those who register using the link in the comments, though I will ask for a donation to my chosen charity for this access.

What will it cover?
Day 1 - Building the Bridge
- Trying to enter the ecosystem: understanding the challenges
- Introduction to the salesforce consulting world and working culture in the UK
- Communication & Interpersonal skills

Day 2 – Emotional Intelligence & Personal Leadership
- Personal and Interpersonal EI
- Difficult Conversations
- Personal Leadership

Day 3 – Business Etiquette & Intro to Project Delivery
- Work Ethics & Attitudes
- Client & Project Management
- Managing Relationship with colleagues and clients
- Introduction to Project Delivery

What will this cost me?
I am not asking for any ££ but please - #PeiItForward. If I help turn on a light for you, I hope you will do the same for others.

Will you provide notes or slides?
No. I will ask that you honor my request not to take screenshots or record the video or the audio. This is my IP, and delivering masterclass and coaching is how I make a living. I hope that you will acknowledge that I will already be providing you crazy value, so please take your own notes. Collaborate with some friends on a joint google doc. Write up notes and add resources and links.

What should I do to make the most of these sessions?
When you register, commit and show up. Show up to the sessions because the spaces are limited and it will be first come first served on the zoom link (I have limited capacity). You show up when doing the exercises, and you show up for your colleagues in the group. You will be respectful and kind, and you will lift and elevate others.

Will I be hired instantly after this course?
It will give you an idea of the expectations, but you will not become an expert with a few hours learning how to write user stories or process mapping. It will be a constant journey of learning and self improvement. But this will give you a head start.
