How does it work?

Live calls give candidates a chance to practice their skills and ask questions. Participants learn core consulting skills that they can combine with their Salesforce knowledge to run implementations in the real world.

Many candidates say the role plays are their favourite parts of the course. The masterclass provides a safe space to practice dealing with a range of situations and personalities, so participants feel prepared for any dilemma presented by real clients.

To run roles plays and skills practice effectively, at least four delegates need to sign up.

Between each live call, video learning modules introduce new concepts and reinforce the training. Homework questions provide a chance to prepare for skills practice on the live calls.

All sessions are delivered remotely, using Zoom.

 

Time Commitment

There will be 6 zoom sessions (lasting 3 hours) spread across 3 weeks with homework that includes watching eLearning videos and complete exercises and questions.
